Emergency call 144
144 is the emergency number in Switzerland. It is operated around the clock (24/7) by the cantonal emergency call centres. The E.O.C. Operations Centre dispatches the appropriate emergency services in cooperation with the emergency call centres of the cantons of Thurgau and St.Gallen.
The 4 most important questions when calling 144:

- Is the person breathing? Yes / No?

We offer a direct link to our Emergency Operations Centre E.O.C. The fastest way to register your transport is online or by contacting our dispatchers directly. Normal seated, wheelchair, lying down, intensive care and isolette transport are all easily handled by our staff.
Alarms / Security
Security for your home or business. Already have an alarm system? We connect it directly to our Emergency Operations Centre (E.O.C.).
We offer a complete solution with our alarm providers. From burglar alarms to water, temperature, video and audio alarms, always online and smartphone compatible. Rooms and cooling systems can also be monitored in this way.
Home emergency call
The home emergency call connects you directly to the Emergency Operations Centre E.O.C.. Once the emergency call is activated, we mobilise the necessary emergency services within a few seconds. We inform relatives and responsible persons immediately. This ensures the fastest possible help in emergency situations.
Dead man’s switch
This is a safety system that checks whether a person is conscious and able to act. If motionlessness or a horizontal body position is detected, an alarm is triggered and a rescue team is immediately dispatched. This can save lives in an emergency.
