As an IVR-certified rescue service, we have been there for you 24 hours a day for over ten years. On behalf of the Cantonal Emergency Medical Services of St. Gallen and Thurgau, we carry out all kinds of rescue operations in the Lake Constance region and Upper Toggenburg. We now carry out around 6,000 rescue operations of all kinds at three different bases.

We organise patient transfers on behalf of various hospitals and clinics, accompanied by our qualified staff. We organise and carry out intensive care transports, neonatal transports, emergency transports and various other transports. Transport is provided within the canton, outside the canton and to neighbouring countries.

Non-medical transport is for patients who need to be taken to hospital or for treatment (e.g. dialysis) but do not require medical care from us. They are driven by a paramedic or IVR 3 transport assistant. In addition to seated adult patients, babies and children can also be transported.

There is a small emergency kit on board (backpack and defibrillator).

Accident on holiday? We’ll get you home safely.

We work closely with insurance companies and hospitals to organise safe repatriation from abroad. We use specially designed vehicles for long distance journeys.

International repatriations are carried out by appropriate airlines or air ambulances.

Thanks to our many years of experience in this field, we can also help you with hotel bookings, visas and medical certificates (fit to fly).

We can provide an ambulance service tailored to your needs. We can offer first aid stations and one or more ambulances. For major events, we will be on site with emergency doctors, multiple teams and treatment tents.
